What usually goes in a funeral program?
There is no required format. A useful program tells people where they are in the service and gives them names or words they may want to keep. Common elements include the person's name and dates, service location, officiant, music, readings, eulogy or tributes, prayers, committal information and reception details.
Keep the printed program readable. A smaller amount of text in a comfortable font is usually more useful than fitting every biography, poem and photograph into the service booklet.
