It does not create a lawyer-client, doctor-patient, therapist-client, accountant-client or other professional relationship. Legal, medical, tax, estate, food-safety and administrative requirements can vary by state, locality and personal circumstance. Use the official sources linked on relevant pages and seek a qualified professional when your situation requires individual advice.
3. Emergencies and crisis situations
This site is not an emergency, crisis or medical service. In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger or a medical emergency. Call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support. Outside the United States, use the appropriate local emergency or crisis service.
4. Calculators and planners are estimates
Food quantities, budgets, timelines, seating suggestions, checklists and similar outputs are planning estimates. They are not guarantees, quotes, legal requirements or professional instructions. Check current prices, contracts, venue rules, dietary needs, local law and official safety guidance before relying on an estimate.
5. Your entries and exports
Core tools do not require an account. Optional saved progress can remain in your browser. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding what to include in any file, PDF, copy or message you share. Do not place passwords, banking credentials or highly sensitive records in exported planning files.
6. External sources
Links to government agencies and other third-party sites are provided for convenience and sourcing. We do not control those sites and cannot guarantee that an external page remains available or unchanged.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
You may use, print and adapt outputs created for your own personal, family, church or community event. Unless a page says otherwise, the site's original editorial text, design and software may not be republished in bulk, sold as a competing content library, scraped for commercial redistribution or presented as someone else's work without permission. Public-domain and third-party source material remains subject to its own status or license.
8. Availability and changes
