Privacy by simplicity

Your plan does not need to become our database.

The core site works without an account. This notice explains what stays on your device, what limited data our service providers may process, and your rights.

Short answer

We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or operate a central database of your personal planning entries. Optional “Remember my progress” storage stays in your browser.

Who is responsible for this site?

The data controller is Kevin Paul Alule-Bridges, IČO 07822723, Czech Republic. The registered business address is listed on the Legal & business information page. Privacy contact: privacy@lifekindly.com.

Your plans and checklists

By default, the interactive tools work in the current browser session without sending your planning entries to a central planning database. If you deliberately turn on Remember my progress, selected checklist, budget and planning data can be stored in your browser's local storage so the same device can remember it later. That information remains on that device unless you choose to copy, print, download or send it yourself.

Exported plans

If you download or copy a plan, you decide who receives it. Treat exported files like any other personal document. Do not place passwords, banking credentials, full government identity numbers, medical records or other highly sensitive information in a shared planning file.

Website hosting and security

The site is hosted through Cloudflare. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP addresses, request metadata and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Our legal basis for necessary security and operational processing is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable service. Where Cloudflare acts as processor, its data-processing terms include provisions for international transfers.

Analytics and advertising

We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, personalized advertising or a behavioral analytics service in this build. If privacy-first aggregate analytics are enabled later, this notice will be updated before that change is relied on. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Contact messages

If you email us, we process the information you send so that we can read and respond to your message, protect the service and keep appropriate records. We keep ordinary correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose of the conversation, unless a longer period is needed for a legal, accounting, security or dispute reason.

Optional support payments

If you choose to support the project, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment information needed to process the transaction and may act as processor and/or independent controller for parts of its payment services. We keep transaction, refund and accounting records for the periods required by applicable Czech tax and accounting law, and longer only where necessary to establish or defend legal rights.

Legal bases

  • Legitimate interests: operating, securing and improving the site, responding to ordinary messages and preventing abuse.
  • Performance of a transaction or steps you request: where needed to process an optional support payment or respond to a transaction-related request.
  • Legal obligation: records that must be kept for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal requirements.
  • Consent or explicit choice: optional browser storage where you choose “Remember my progress”, and any future optional feature that legally requires consent.

International transfers and processors

Some infrastructure and payment providers are based in or process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where EU data-protection law requires safeguards, we rely on the provider's applicable data-processing terms and approved transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long information is kept

Browser-only planning data remains on your device until you clear it or your browser removes it. Contact correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation and follow-up. Payment and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law. Security and infrastructure logs follow the operational retention settings of the relevant provider and may be retained longer where an incident, abuse investigation or legal claim requires it.

Your GDPR rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to complain to the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). Because most planning entries stay only in your browser, we cannot retrieve entries we never received.

Children

The site includes guidance for adults caring for children, but the service is not designed to collect personal information directly from children and does not offer child accounts.

Third-party links

We link to official agencies and other external sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices. We avoid embedding third-party media or widgets where a normal link will do.
