Tips are voluntary and do not unlock a better version of the site.
The core tools remain available without payment.
What a tip is
A tip is a voluntary one-time payment for the free resources and content Life Kindly has already provided. It is not a charitable donation, and we do not represent it as tax-deductible.
What you receive
A tip does not purchase priority access, individualized professional advice, a subscription or additional planning functionality. Any future paid product would have its own clearly stated terms before payment.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods and any currency conversion shown at checkout are handled through the Stripe checkout experience.
One-time tips
Tips are one-time unless a checkout is explicitly labeled as recurring before you pay. We will not silently convert a one-time tip into a subscription.
Mistakes and refunds
If you leave a tip by mistake, contact help@lifekindly.com promptly. We will normally refund an accidental tip when the request is made within 14 days and the payment has not already been reversed, disputed or refunded. This voluntary policy does not limit any mandatory right you may have under applicable law.
Receipts and records
Stripe may send a receipt or payment confirmation. We retain transaction and accounting records where required by Czech law and for legitimate fraud, refund and dispute handling.
Questions or disputes
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a payment issue directly. For a qualifying consumer dispute arising from a paid transaction, information about Czech alternative dispute resolution is available from the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
