- Pain reliever or personal medication only for the person it belongs to.
- Tissues, mints, hairpins and basic grooming items.
- Phone chargers / power bank.
- Water and easy snacks.
Put one person in charge
The couple should not carry the kit. Give it to a calm person who knows where it is and can solve tiny problems without creating a committee.
